Hi,
Have tried to use this feature but the file produced wont open either in GoodReader or QuickOffice...

Hi jkevens,
The generated XLS format is to be opened in MS Excel , either on a PC or a Mac. We'll try to add a more versatile format in a future update.
Meanwhile , I suggest you to use CSV instead

Oh that's fine then. I just thought there was a problem with the format itself.
