Hello. This is my first topic. I have tried searching, but either I'm doing it wrong or no-one else has this issue!
Since upgrading my iOS to 9, my links to photos of artwork are all greyed out. The images are still in correct class folders in the iPad's photos app, but they do not appear in iDoceo. The image files are grey.
I've noticed that when viewing all my personal photos on my phone, its now much more organised and simplistic since the update. ( no more multiple folders with strings of letters for names).
Has the update severed the links to my student's work? Is there any way to correct this?
Sacha

Oh my goodness I fixed the problem! I just needed to open and view the photos through the photo app. It took a while to render each image to see them clearly.
After I have viewed the images in that app, they reappear in iDoceo.
Phew!

Thanks for posting the solution sacha. I wouldn't have guessed it.
For your next photos you may want to consider storing them inside iDoceo instead of the iPad's camera roll. From iDoceo's main screen > Settings > Image&Video.
The main downside of this option is that backups will take longer but you won't depend on iOS to keep them safe.
