Shared Class

Hello,
This is a question about how idoceo can help for teachers who share a class between them a weekly basis.
We are wondering how best to share a mark book between us.
Am I right in thinking that with the current share features we would have to basically reshare a class with the other teacher after every single lesson? And then delete the older version of the class?
Or reshape a mark sheet tab and then there other teacher opens and deletes the old version of a tab?
Is there any better way.
We are also using Google Docs in school now and I am thinking a shared Sheet might be a better solution in this situation as both teachers can amend update / reorganise the same mark sheet live...

If this is in fact the best solution is there any way for linking to a shared Google Sheet from within a particular class in idoceo ?

Hi Jason,
The templates in iDoceo were meant for sharing configurations between users and archiving data. Sharing information on regular basis is a more complex matter and as you mention is a bit confusing if you have to do it like that.
Google spreadsheets are focused on sharing data in real time and that is the way to go if sharing is your main concern. iDoceo can't link to Google Spreadsheets yet. We will keep it in mind.
