Wrong Language Set

Wrong Language Set was created by ASP
I just installed version 3.1.2 and the language is set as English BUT my drop down options (i.e. grades) are in Spanish. How do I fix this ? I've even tried different setting but always in Spanish

You've just added a column with spanish grades.
Double tap on the header > Grade type and change it to something more appropriate
