Repeated students

I am importing new data into a class using import wizard, and however I try I keep getting one student who is imported as a new student. The name is not written in any different. Is there a way I can tell iDoceo it is the same student.

You should make sure that there are no erased students in that class since this may trick the import wizard and any other import feature in iDoceo

From the Recycle option (on the main screen's ruler) > Students > Erase All

You will the be able to append data and it won't create new students
