Appending student data in personal fields

Hi there,

Great app - got lots out of it already!

BUT, I am trying to add additional information to the personal data for each student. I have already imported my class lists using the wizard but not have general student data to add to what already exists.

I have created the additional required fields for the student data and added the additional data to the XLS files created when I originally imported the data.

The issue is that when I use the append data option, it just puts all the data from the XLS file into a new tab for that class... How do I get the additional data to append to the correct fields in the student information?

Hi Matt,
Did you select the Import wizard when importing that XLS file?
If you do, you will see the screen where you assign each column to its proper field in the student information.
