Thanks

			Hi John,
You can use the calendar dates at your convenience. Only keep this in mind:
- The underlying calendar in iDoceo is unique. This means that if calendar dates overlap, the configuration will be the same in both calendars.
- Having a single calendar for all your terms is required if your schedule is the same for them all. This will allow you to replicate a week(s) for all your terms with a couple of clicks.
If you had a single calendar per term, you'd have to configure the schedule each time.
If something is not clear enough, let me know

			Thanks for the reply.
I would need a single calendar, since the schedule doesn't change for the year.
The question then is, how do I enter term dates for the single calendar. I can enter holidays (single days), but cannot see how to do term dates.
It is probably simple and I am missing something....
I am working in full size mode.
Thanks
John

			Thanks again.
I had found that part, but it doesn't seem to allow me to enter multiple terms. We have four terms and so would need to enter four lots of dates.
Is there somewhere that I tell idoceo that we have 4 terms?
Thanks
John

I'm afraid not. You can only input the first date of your first term, preferably the first day of a month, and the last date of your last term
