Copying Studetns data to include pictures and vide

When copying a student to a new class the picture and video files that are attached to the student are not showing in the copied version. The triangle is there, but no actual picture or video.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

It should copy them, are they still showing on the original cell?
Are you working with our version 3?
If you can give me some additional details ... I'll give it another thought.
