No matter what I try I can't get a student list to appear in my class. I have saved a CSV file with student names in the first column with a heading of !student. I've tried 100 times it feels like it (I could have typed their names by now).
I've opened the file in dropbox on my iPad, clicked open with, clicked open in iDoceo. I chose to save file in iDoceo, I press save and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

			Hello Tammy,
When 'Opening in' iDoceo, you should get this screen shown below, asking whether to add a new class or append data.
I'm guessing you're not seeing this screen because the file you're trying to import isn't actually a CSV . Make sure there is no .TXT extension appended, or that CSV is properly spelled (it wouldn't be the first time someone spells it CVS instead...)
If still can't sort it out do let me know.
Find here CSV sample in case you'd like to give it a try

Thank you for the speedy reply. You're right, I had it saved as an Excel file. I've changed it to CSV and will try again.

			Great.
We're working on those XLSX files to avoid this step , XLS would have worked though!
