Photos in day view

I have been taking a photo of the order slip I use for the technician and attaching it to the day view in my planner but when I open the app up again, I can't view the attachment because there is no paper clip button there. When I then attach another photo, the paper clip button is there again. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?


Also when I take a photo sometimes the camera doesn't turn with the app?

That is strange Sarah, photos should always be there...
Please check this in your iPad's settings / Privacy / Photos / make sure iDoceo is enabled in the list.

As an alternative to this, try storing your new photos inside iDoceo instead of in the iPad's camera roll : From the main screen / Image&Video / enable the option 'Store images locally in iDoceo'


Are you working with iOS7? If that's the case, there is a bug in iOS that will rotate your photos 90 degrees when taking a picture in landscape.
