I can e mail a student report to parents or pupil is there any way to print them . Also how can i print or send more than 1 report at a time. Many thanks

Hello baintonm,
From the student's data sheet, instead of sending that report, select 'Open In' and you'll see the Print option right there (requires iOS6 or superior)

You can send more than one report at a time with this option shown here.
If you use the 'Student filter' on the top bar, you'll be able to send that report to a specific group instead of the whole class
