Column creation in gradebook not working

I have 19 separate classes in my app. I created them all the same way. There are a few classes, however, that won't let me create columns correctly. When I add a column, it creates it out of order, and I don't know how to reorder, or it won't let me create a column for icons, only attendance. Does anyone else have this problem?

From the grade book view, tap on Tools (top bar) > Columns and you will be able to rearrange them.
They will be appended properly after that.
