I am using iDoceo live for the first time this school year. To date, I have asked a few questions to support looking for a solution. This message serves is to thank support (Bert) for their prompt and spot-on replies to find an appropriate solution.
The more I use this app, the more I learn how helpful it is to document many other record keeping activities. For example: Using the Chrono feature is useful to record a student's run time then automatically calculate a % grade based upon their time.
The possibilities seem endless! Well done Support and Bert!

I second this. Bert is the only one who I have had contact with...is he the only one providing customer service? If so, he must be some sort of super human who doesn't actually need sleep and can do multiple things at once!
I started using iDoceo last school year and it is the first digital planner/mark book that I have been able to stick with for more than a few weeks. I used to be a firmly pencil and paper person but with iDoceo I have been able to move more towards a paperless existence. I have had multiple questions (most answers were simple and I just wasn't seeing the option/looking in the right place) but Bert has always patiently answered very quickly without making me feel silly for not being able to figure it out on my own.
I also love how responsive the app's developer(s) is/are to customer requests. Very frequently I see a feature being requested and then magically that feature appears in the next version of the app! It would be so easy to say "sorry, that's too difficult to do", or even just ignore these requests but instead the requests are added to the app or a reasonable explanation is given as to why they can't be incorporated.
Bravo!
