student search

i am having this problem, not encountered before this year. When I put a name in the search bar on the classes screen, it renders no results. I have tried it with names that I know exist and have spelled correctly. Any suggestions?

That's weird... are you sure the 'Students' option is enabled in the search window?

Seems to be intermittent problem.. Today again I was unable to find a student. The last instance seemed to be resolved by changing the 'work mode'. But that did not work this time.
