Seating chart pictures

Is it possible to send a pictures from the seating chart to another iDoceo user? I convinced the art and p.e. Teachers to purchase this app and told them I'd take the pictures, of multiple classes, and send them to them; saving time. We haven't found a way to import the pictures! Thanks

The student pictures can actually be shown in the gradebook as well ( here is how ) and it is from the gradebook or the list of classes that you will be able to share those photos with your colleagues.

In order to share data from the gradebook:
Tap on export (top right corner) > Share > And select here that you'd like to include students

You will be able to send this file (template as we call it) by mail and the recipient will only have to 'Open in' iDoceo to import it.

Templates with student data are password protected, you will have to type one when creating the file and when importing it.
