Hi! My iPad went belly-up, and I'm working with a loaner replacement.
On the new iPad, I went to the App Store after logging in under my own account, and re-downloaded Idoceo. But when I tried to restore my data (stored in iCloud), it says "iCloud is unavailable."
The overall Apple ID set for the device in the iPad's Settings area is not mine but one from the school admin. Is this the reason for that message? In order for this to work, must I totally reset the iPad and start it up again with my Apple ID?
Thanks,
adam

How did I end up putting this in "Announcements"? Sorry. At any rate, the solution I proposed is exactly what I needed to do after all. Sorry to waste anyone's time. Thanks!
