iDoceo Connect - text input displays in Grade Book

Wondering if we could have a input field in iDoceo Connect that students could put a project name in and that project name would show up in the Gradebook?

Right now, any response from a student becomes a column and you need to click that column in Gradebook to see the contents.

I would like to use iDoceo Connect to collect the project name or activity the student is working on - this is not an assessment but just a data gathering exercise. the data shown could also be a number and so I could do calculations on this as well in the Gradebook.
