Pronoun icon

I would like icons for pronouns! I know I can enter them in a column, but I want them to be visible on my photo seating charts. A square displaying pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them, he/they, she/they, ze/zir, etc). Alternatively, being able to display information from a column along with name and photo would address this need. Using 'badge' mode doesn't work for me because I use desk layouts and want pictures visible.
