Seating plan

It would be nice if you could copy seating plans from class to class. Also if you could swap students around for instance you select two students using the multiple select function and in the pop up menu that has the align functions a "swap student" menu item could be added. In this menu you could also add. "Distribute" function to distribute students in the same way DTP s/w does.

Noted llucop. The seating plans copy is in our roadmap and the swap option will be there as well.
The automatic distribution will be more difficult but we'll keep it in mind

Excellent, I forgot to mention in my previous post that it would also be pretty neat if you could add props like, shelves or whiteboard, teacher's desk... this way you could print it out and have a pretty looking class list that you can put up and show the students.

We had this initially in mind but there wasn't much interest and got down voted.
