Multiple Groups for one student was created by MmePetre
It's possible this is already an option and I'm somehow not seeing it, but I'd love to be able to assign one student to multiple groups (i.e.: a group in drama class, a group in French class, etc.), rather than just being limited to one group. So far I've been getting around this by using the different coloured number icons to assign groups (i.e.: red for history class, blue for French class, etc.). The problem with doing it this way, however, is that it is just a number and not a name to show me what the group actually is (for example, the name of the play the student is working on), so when I go to filter by group I need to know what each number represents in order to choose the correct one.
Also, when I print a student report, the student's group is shown under their name, even though I don't have "group" selected in the "select personal fields" option menu. I wanted to take it out, since the group name means nothing to parents and would only serve to confuse them!

Hi MmePetre,
I'm afraid it isn't possible in the current version but we'll try to improve that. You can only assign one group at a time.
You will see the icon's description on that filter. Noted the issue on those reports as well.
Regards
