Is it possible to add an option to enable registration, lunch and after school times to the day planner, so that notes and activity information can be added. At the moment I can only make notes in the actual lesson periods and I often have lunchtime activities, which I need to record?
I could change the school day from 8 periods to 11 periods, to accomodate this, but it is not ideal.
Many thanks

Thanks for contacting us S Dunne,
This is a limitation in the current version 3.0 which requires each time block (either class or any other kind) to be linked to a period/row which in turn is linked to the planner.
We're working on developing a more flexible solution in our next major update.

I agree... I also teach the same class more than once a day and would like to put separate info in each of the blocks in the planner. (Currently it tells me to enter it all in the first block.)
The same for any non-instructional periods not linked to a class... Recess, lunch, prep blocks.
Thanks!
