Levels was created by Emily
Hi

I'm new to this, but already looks amazing!!! Quick question, am I able to do the UK levelling easily using the 3A 3B 3C scores instead of percentages or actual grades?

Many thanks

Welcome Emily,
Yes, you can create your own scores and do calculations or any other assessment with its.
The idea behind a text based grade, which is your case, is that you assign a relative success percentage , being 100% the best , and 0% the worst possible score. This value is then used to calculate averages, or additions, and translate the result into a more conventional grade
You'll find a more detailed explanation here
Once you have this scores created, you should assign it to a column (with its grade type) and the fastest editor in this case is 'Grade selector' which will show a list of your own scores to choose from.

Bert,

I had the same question as Emily. Can we input levels such as 3a, 4b, 6a etc. I wasn't sure as it is an ALPHA-NUMERIC form. The options on iDoceo is EITHER TEXT or NUMERIC, not both.

If I select numeric will it allow me to add letters such as a, b, & c.

If you tell me how to do this or add this feature in then that would be super!

Thanks

Hi Ruj,
You must us the text based grades which will allow any kind of text&numbers in it.
Here a sample with KS3 NC Levels

Once you create this grade, you'll be able to assign it to a column, and along the 'Grade Selector' as its Editor you'll be able to insert or obtain results with this grades.

Our version 3.0 allows users to share configurations for specific Levels and countries, and we're gathering them all to offer an online database. If you'd like to share yours , you'll find here the instructions
