Please consider supporting some different data types:
1) Images (although this is largely for showing a thumbnail of students in the first column, which you could implement differently).
2) Larger text fields (these were called "memo" in excel) - I sometimes find text is getting cutting short when pasting in from another app. linked to this. - get you add some kind of text wrapping tool for reports that included large text fields - for exampe I was trying to print off grades & feedback for students on a recent assignment. I really liked the report tool, but it was useless in this instance as the report only showed the first line of my feedback for each student.
3) Audio recordings/voice memos

Hi Ben,
1) We're working on showing the student's thumbnail on the grid for our very next release. The current problem with images is to properly crop/resize the huge images that the iPad camera (or any other source) generates. We'll add this crop/resize option for the students photos and if it works as expected we'll add it for the image data type feature in a near future release.
2) I'm not sure if you saw the Annotations option (tap&hold on a single cell) to use it. The feature you'll miss here is that you cannot print Annotations along the cell's text in a report. This is scheduled though for this upcoming release 1.7
3) Absolutely. I like the idea too. It might take a bit more time than the rest of issues, but we'll have it.
Thanks a lot for contacting us, please let us know if more requirements come to mind!

Thanks - I did try the annotations, but like you noted you can't print these yet. Looking forward to the continuing updates!
Also, the diary tab has an error in the "settings". Each day is wrong - i.e. turn off Saturday turns off Friday, Sunday turns off Saturday etc!

Argh, didn't see that one. It depends on the calendar configuration on each country, being sunday the first day of the week or monday. We'll fix it on the next release.
Thanks for pointing it out.

In less than a week our next release will be available. This issue should be solved
