Is there any way to have my curriculum standards input so when I type my plans into the planner, I can attach what standards I am teaching during that lesson?
If so, how do I add standards? Thanks!

Hi - I know this is an old post, but you can add your standards in settings.
Settings - Gradebook - Standards.
You then create a set and then add then one by one. There is a link at the top to 'import' but I can't get it to work or find any details on how to do it.

Hello,
The import button allows you to load an excel where you have your standards. There are three types of formats:
Where you have the code and text of the standard in one column.
Where you have the code of the standard in one column and the text in another.
Where you have it all in one column, but horizontal.
I attach a picture to show these examples.

Hi! We always imported our standards with the code of the standard in one column and the text in another. Today we're trying to do it but it doesn't work anymore. Do you know why?

HI MelB - that should work fine.
here is a screenshot of one of my files that uploaded without any issues.
I would mention though, that it does not import row 1, so it is good to put headings in. I tried it without headings, and row 1 did not import.

Is it possible to import a file that includes groups for the standards? Currently I am assigning groups after, and it is taking me hours!
I have a few courses that have different sets of standards. I want to assign groups so it is easier for me to create Standards calculation columns for classes.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Could you attach a picture of what you would want, how it would look in iDoceo.
Also clarify for me, are you referring to the Key Skills or the Standards for forming groups?

Hi, sorry for the slow response. I have successfully uploaded a set of standards, and I am using them successfully. But my standards are grouped into "progression steps" and "topics". Step 1 through to 5. After I have imported my standards, I have then gone in and created a "group" for each progression step and assigned the relevant standards to each progression step group. I.e. PS1 A-Computer Systems, PS2 A-Computer Systems etc... I've attached a screen shot of the settings for the standards showing the groups.
When i created the CSV to upload, I had two columns: 1. Code 2. Description. It's be cool if there was a 3rd column for "group", so I could assign each standard to a group.
The groups are useful when I am adding multiple standards columns so I can see pupil's progression against the standards, as I can add columns of specific groups from the standards.
It all works really well, but creating the groups takes so long, so was hoping I could just upload them in the CSV.
