if the answer is 2 subtract 0
if the answer is 1 subtract 0
thank you

Thank you for that, however it was not giving me the correct data, I was also needing to change what I was needing it to do, as I had forgotten a few number from previous.
This is what I am needing it to say: NOTE: I have 4 column that add to a total column.
IF total = 8 or 7 then the answer is 5
IF total = 6 or 5then the answer is 4
IF total = 4 or 3 then the answer is 3
IF total = 2 or 1 then the answer is 2
IF total = 0 then the answer is 1
Thank you once again

Hi Janimen,
You added more numbers now, if those are the numbers perhaps the best solution is to create a conversion table, like yours.
This can be done in Menu > Grade Types > new grade > Grade Conversion.
I already did it for you , so attached you can find the Grade type called Janimen, drag and drop this template on your iDoceo and that´s it.
Once the grade type is in your iDoceo , use it as the selected grade type in the Answers column.
Now when you insert the points, the conversion is made on the fly.
Best regards
Karla
