Attendance from Schedule was created by lastsong
Hi, I’m brand new to iDoceo for the Australian school year.
Is it possible to set an attendance column for each class based on my schedule?
Also, I would like to set an effort grade for each student for each class. In the past I did this by colour coding my attendance roll. So far I have set up a second set of icons in attendance but I’m not sure if that’s the best way of doing it. I can’t work out how to get a summary of those second icons as a graph.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome,
From the gradebook view > add column > Multiple columns > Attendance.
This will take into account your schedule and add an attendance column each day.
You will see the stats (an overall total) from the student view (double tap on a student's name) > Attendance
but you can easily configure more complex calculations with a simple formula and the CountIcons function.
If you need more assistance on this do let me know what kind of calculation you're looking for
