Sort assignments by date?

Is it possible? I'd like the numerous assignments appearing as columns in my WRITING ASSIGNMENTS FOLDER be sorted by date. I see a column sort but not for date, and it's pretty tedious doing it by had, especially when I have multiple sections and I copy assignment details from one class to another.

Perfect, Bert! I made four attempts to get the image size under the usual load limits, but I wanted to show you how many assignments I do collect for writing classes. You just made my life MUCH simpler. 

I never had the courage to use standards-based grading entirely because of the limitations of electronic-based grading systems. iDoceo gave me that confidence. 

Yes. I do. I use it regularly. 

In a couple of days, the next version of iDoceo will be available, 8.2.4 with this option you need.
It will sort dates in ascending order, the earlier assignment first, next to the main folder column, and the most recent last.
Let me know if that is what you need or you'd like the opposite direction

I had actually considered the opposite order, with newest first so it isn’t necessary to scroll through a whole host of assignments just to enter scores. But I can make either design work. I just appreciate the option. Thank you, Bert.
