Hi there,
Does anyone know of a way to create a group and then write annotations for the entire group? So that the annotations would be present for all the children in the group?
Cheers
Madeleine

Hi Madeleine,
That can't be done yet but we'll add it in our next major update.

Hi,
Linked to this, is it possible to attach 1 video to all members of a group automatically? I had to copy the annotations and attachments to each student individually, which took a while.
Would be great if the app was able to do this automatically.

Hi James,
Tap and hold on the cell holding that video, Copy > Copy annotations > Resources and here select the students you would like to copy it to.

It's working on our side. Have you updated to the latest 9.0.2?
Try restarting your iPad by pressing the Home and top buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds

Unfortunately I've tried that and it doesn't seem to be working. Should I send you a copy of the class book to have a look at?

I'm not sure it has to do with your grade book at all.
Some times updating to a new iOS version corrupts some apps and reinstalling its does the trick.
Do a full backup from iDoceo first and wait for the 'Backup completed' message to appear.
I'll send you an invitation to download a different version of iDoceo. This will avoid having to delete the current one.
Install the Testflight app from the store first
itunes.apple.com/en/app/testflight/id899247664?mt=8
Accept the invitation. Install iDoceo. Verify that you can copy those annotations.
Go back to the App store and install the official version of iDoceo.

Hi Bert,
I've followed the steps you've outlined but it is still not offering the list of names when copying. It doesn't seem to be all of the columns now, it just seems to be one column.
Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.
