I keep getting an error dialogue box saying "Could not process file of this type" for an xls file. There are no fancy components in the original file, all my other files of this style import no problem, it goes to drop box no problem! Help, it's only or one particular class!!!whats wrong with it, what do I need to do to fix it?

Hi Fiona,
It is difficult to say without seeing the file. It might be due to an extra large student name in the first column or maybe there are more than a 100 students to import.
If you don't have any inconvenient , you can send me that file to support@idoceo.net and I'll give it a look right away.
Another alternative that might work: save the XLS file into CSV format, and try to import that one into iDoceo.
Kind regards,
Bert
