Seeing new Moodle students

Up to this point, I haven't had any problem syncing students with IDOCEO via the Moodle integration. This semester, it doesn't work for me. Even though my credentials are right and I'm signed in, I just get the whirlwind when iDoceo tries to find students for the new semester.

Hello Gary,
 Did you try the 'All' tab shown in the image? 
 Have you tried from Options > Cloud links > Moodle to disable
and reenable the link?
 If still can't sort it out send me an e-mail from the app's help > Support&Suggestions
so that I can see the details of the version you are working with
 

I have done all that: same spinning wheel for "ALL" and the credentials are recognized as legitimate in iDoceo. I sent you the file.

Wait! I just tried "ALL" again and the classes appear! I have no idea what changed.
