Viewing columns on an imported class list was created by allison.puranik@gmail.com
I have imported a class from an Excel Spreadsheet in Dropbox, using the Import Wizard. The spreadsheet had two columns, one with the students's name and the other with the preferred name. When the class list was created, I can now only see the name column. How do I view both columns?

Hello Allison,
In the gradebook view you will only see the student name, no other personal details are shown.
If you would like the preferred name to appear, it has to be as a conventional column (gradebook column). When using the import wizard, select the preferred name column in the 'grade book' part

Thank you - I must be doing something wrong - just could not sort it. I've just created new classes without using the import wizard and it has worked fine so I'll worry about that another time. Thanks for the quick reply.
