I often handle this sort of task at the end of a busy teaching day.

I use one Microsoft identity for OneDrive and another for Connect. Will changing Connect disconnect everything else?

It would help me keep the workflow in one place instead of checking several screens.

No. Connect now has its own account handling and can be disconnected separately from Drive, Classroom, OneDrive or Teams.
