I am trying to link Idoceo to my school Microsoft account. Each time I do this, I get a 'need admin approval' error. My school administrator has logged in using her own account as suggested in the app - but this had the effect of linking her Microsoft account to my app rather than enabling my account.
I have now managed to un-link her account but am uncertain how to gain the admin approval to ad my own. I understand that most apps that link to Microsoft can be given admin approval via the Microsoft admin dashboard but Idoceo does not appear there.
Can anyone advise?
