Convert a grade to an icon ?

Hi there,

I know that I can add colours to certain grades which is super helpful in Ontario because we work on a level based system.

Recently on Google Classroom I've been giving kids a mark out of 4 to indicate levels. I have already made the changes for colours so that a 4/4 is blue or a 2/4 is yellow, for example. Is there a way for me to make it so that a 4/4 or other grade will show up as an icon in my grade book?

When I grade outside of google classroom I just use the icon/level/colours - super easy.

By the end of this week the new feature will be available to Beta testers

The Beta version of iDoceo 6.0.6 will be available in a few minutes.
You will receive an invitation from Testflight/Apple in your e-mail.
Follow the steps, install the Testflight app and install iDoceo.
Despite what Testflight says your data will be left intact.

You can install the official version from the App store at any time.

We're trying to make this icon conversion very easy to configure so if you get stuck please let us know so we can improve it.

You only have to add column > Calculation > Show result as icon

If by any chance you do not have the 'Show result as icon' calculation, tap on Settings > Cell editor,calculation and enable it.

The next steps are explained on screen and hopefully will be enough!

Is it required that I make a calculation column or can I just import grades from google classroom and have them convert into icons ?

That icon has to be shown in a new column and you could hide the original if necessary (long tap header > hide)
