Checklists

Hi there, I‘m new to idoceo and I‘m not sure if I missed it but I am searching for a checklist for bookmoney, signatures from parents... Something like the presence collumn. Where I can see at a glance who has paid or who has showed the signatures. Does idoceo have such a feature?

Hello Loreleya,
You can add a column with a quick editor (or the yES/NO editor) to easily mark who paid.
Here is a more elaborated sample to show how to customize and editor


Regarding the signatures, long tap on a cell > Add resource > Signature to add it to a cell
You will see a small triangle on the cell's that have a signature
