mails

As I also coordinate the internships of my students I would like to send (group)mails to the mentor/tutor mails. I've put their mail-adresses now under "parents" so I can send them a (group) mail (see att. 1). I can only send mails to either the student or to the parents (or both) (see att. 2). I can put new parameter in the students data but these can not be used to send mails.
Is there a possibility to change this?

P.s. I can't attach files....system says "fatal error"....in Safari and in Firefox.......computer says no......

Yes it is in our plans to add more e-mail fields but can't say when it will be available.
