Email templates

I see that when I send emails to students, the text from the last email is always saved and remains.

I wonder if there is a setting to save email templates, like for each kind of assessment, etc.

Nope, it is a generic text that is kept for all e-mails and can be changed any time

Yes, might be a nice feature to have. Certain activities would have their own feedback types.
