Getting Sorting Sorted was created by onehappycamper
Hi all,
As a primary teacher I have the same set of students. I have set iDoceo up into topics / subjects rather than 'classes'. One subject I have requires some testing (which I did with Grade Scanner - thank you :silly: ) and I have imported that into a class / topic; let's call it Comprehension.
Each tab down the side is a different week. I want to sort/rank the students according to their comprehension results each week, which also includes other data from the test. However, when I sort Week A, the student order then changes for all other weeks. How can I change the order of results in one tab without it affecting the results in the others? I would like the tabs to be mutually exclusive from each other if possible.
I'm hoping this is an easy fix and just something that I've missed in my exploration of the forum and the app.
TYIA,
Mark

Hello Mark,
The sort order is shared across all tabs.
As an alternative method, you could use the rank calculation shown here
