New 'General Data Protection Regulation' (GDPR)

Hello,

This might sound like a silly question as I know that data is stored locally on the ipads and then is stored via cloud backup to our own accounts but does iDoceo have a GDPR policy? My school is chasing me to ensure that everything we use is compliant.

Thanks in advance,
Stuart

Hello Stuart,
Our privacy policy is explained here in detail and we will soon add a specific GDPR annotation.

I know you know already but for the record, we do not process or have access to any kind of personal data.

Hello

I have read the link shown but also have the same issue at my workplace. Please could you confirm something if possible. If I backup my IPad locally to my PC for music and app purposes, will it also backup Idoceo data. Would this be the same situation if someone backed up their iTunes accounts by via the cloud?

Many thanks for your assistance in advance.

Kind Regards,

Marc

Hello Marc,
A local backup with iTunes on a PC/MAC will keep all of iDoceo's data but an iCloud backup won't.
