Hello Bert,
In the student name column in a grade book I have icons next to students names which indicate key information related to individual students, such as whether they are from a disadvantaged background or are academically gifted etc... However, at times in the lesson I need to show my grade book to students - to save getting into a difficult conversation with the student, is it possible to hide the icons while I show them their grades and then display them again while I am using the grade book?
I realise that I should have put the icons into one of the mark sheet columns as they can be hidden but I didn't and don't really want to have to put all the icons in the system again.
Any help you could offer would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hi Cr,
I'm afraid that is not possible yet but it is an interesting request and it makes a lot of sense. We have a similar option in the seating plan view. I'll see if there is anything we can do in the future.
As a possible - but I admit, long winded - alternative, if you access the student's personal sheet from the seating plan view (double tap on a student) and focus on the summary view those icons won't be visible and you will be able to display a selection of columns from different tabs at once.
