Hi I a, just trying out the rubric features. Great that you have now made it possible to include these in student reports by the way. However I tried to use it for the first time today when assessing small groups of students doing drama performances.
I am finding it difficult to use the rubric when it opens the full rubric screen for an individual student. What I really want to do is score students on elements of the rubric as and when I see them which is difficult at the moment as it is hard to flit between students.
My first rubric consisted on rows on use of body language , voice, facial expression etc and my 3 columns allowed me to record varying degrees of success - 3 excellent , 2 partial success, 1 needs improvement (to give the shortened versions)
You would get quite familiar with the rows and columns on a particular rubric so would it be possible to enter the student ''score' directly so I could have say 4 students in a group displayed, and quickly give them there score out of 3 for all the categories and then be able to send them the detailed report using the full rubric descriptions.
Does that make sense!? Thanks.

Noted JasonEvens. You can now switch students with the next and previous buttons and focus
on a particular group with the gradebook filter (funnel button)
The copy/paste buttons will let you repeat the combination of cells for any number students.
