New year was created by Niven
Thinking ahead I am wondering how to set up next year. I teach A level and so will need to move my AS group to A2 and then add in the new AS group. It would be helpful to retain the AS grades and comments as historical data. It is unlikely that my timetable and rooms will stay the same. Any ideas?

Hello Niven,
You'll see here in detail how to create a new class with previous year's students
In short: main screen > Tap&hold on a class > copy
In order to keep your historical data intact: main screen > Tap&hold on a class > hide
You'll then be able to review that info with a tap on 'All' on top of that list.
Timetable
If you're working in compact mode (i.e. schedule 1 and 2) you can't keep your old schedules and you must erase the current one: tap on Schedule 1/2 text (top bar) ,and erase
If you're working in full-size mode, tap on the calendar button > Select calendar > And add a new one. You should do this once you have set up all your new classes though!
Regards
