I'm wanting to setup all my information on my ipad however I will be upgrading my ipad soon so I'm wanting to know if I can duplicate the docs and everything on more than one device?

Hello kelsykell,
You basically have two options: use iDoceo's backup system, or iCloud/iTunes backup on your iPad which will include all the apps in the device.
You'll find the details explained here at Apple support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
Or our backup/restore instructions here

Yes I understand the back up system but I'm wanting to know if I can sync the data so when I input on one device it automatically updates on other devices that have the app?

Has this been solved yet?
I am a DS manager for a school of around 500 and like the app, but will not consider it for release to the school until there are collaboration options for staff who share a class and the ability to sync individual profiles on multiple devices.
It is a very strong app, but these features would really make it stand out!

Hi docmacb,
All of iDoceo's data is locally stored in the device and it won't sync with others.
Syncing data is not in our roadmap. This would require centralising information in a cloud/external server and iDoceo works completely offline. We do not wish to change that.
Storing&transferring that kind of data in the cloud is restricted in most countries.
As a side note, iDoceo is paid only once - in a lifetime!- there are no recurring fees/yearly payments to possibly sustain that server infrastructure. iDoceo is not an online platform and we are not funded by VCs.
We are focused on providing the best possible app for teachers, on improving its features and making it always compatible and up to date in the ever changing iOS world.
You can easily share configurations and profiles with other users with iDoceo's templates explained here
