I will be purchasing the ipad mini 2 for class. Right now I'm using the app on my ipad at home....would I be able to transfer everything over to the new ipad mini? Thanks so much!

Hi there Jag1024,
Yes, you'll be able to transfer your data to your new iPad.
The easiest method is to use iDoceo's own backup system:
- From iDoceo's main screen tap on Backup and wait for the backup completed message to appear.
- From your new iPad, tap on Settings / Dropbox / Restore backup and select the most recent backup in the list.
Please note that for this to work you should use the same Dropbox account. If that's not your case you can manually transfer the backup file (stored in Apps/iDoceo) to the the other account.
This backup will transfer all your data except images&videos stored in the camera roll (student photos are backed up though). If you'd like to transfer those images as well, you may want to consider using the backup&restore explained here at Apple support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
