Sharing Information between co teachers

My coteacher and I both have ipads. We have all of our classes information on my ipad. Is there a way that we can share our information between ipads if we both have the idoceo app on our ipads? If so - how would we do this?

You have to do a backup in Drobpox (main screen / Backup) and then from your coteacher's iPad, restore that same backup into his iPad.
You should use the same Dropbox account for this method to work, or manually transfer your backup from your Dropbox account (stored in Apps/iDoceo) into his.
This will replace all the info in iDoceo, so be careful with this.

When you say this will replace all the info in her ipad - do you mean EVERYTHING - or just stuff in idoceo?

Ok - still trying to figure this out...you said we could manually transfer backup from my ipad to hers. How exactly do I go about this? I tried backing up idoceo to my dropbox and then emailing her the file...but it didn't seem to work. What steps do we take for this to work?

Here the steps:
- The backup file you sent her must be stored in her Dropbox account under the Apps / iDoceo folder (should already be there)
- Now from iDoceo's main screen tap on Settings / Dropbox / Restore backup and the backup file you just stored should be there.
- Tap on the file, and it will restore that backup's data.
