Videos photos not appearing program closes, glitch

I have set up basic columns to track student behaviour, etc. When I take a video or photo within a student cell, I am unable to view it. When I click on it, the program either closes or shuts down or I am taken to a blank page with a wood grain background. Is this a glitch or is there something simple I am missing here?

You should make sure that iDoceo has the proper permission to access your camera roll, which is where those Videos&Photos are stored by default.
From your iPad's settings / Privacy / Photos and here in this list , look for iDoceo and enable .
Once this is done, you should have no trouble with taking photos/videos or viewing them.
