How can I see the results of a calculation including the decimal points rather than just rounded up? I need to be able to be able to rank student who have less than a whole mark difference in their result.

Hi KJB,
The final rounding of a calculation depends on the grade type defined in the columns.
I'm guessing you're using 'From 0 to 100' which comes with this rounding to the unit by default.
In order to change it, from the main chalkboard screen, tap on grade types , select this 'From 0 to 100' and then Rounding. Here simply disable it, and you'll have the decimal points back in your result.
Here a small screenshot
As for ranking, I guess you've already seen the 'Sort by a column' feature which will automatically put students with higher grades on top. Tap&hold on the Student names header, and then Sort
