Sync with other staff

Hi would love to hear more derails about when backing up with other staff. Tried restore back il from Dropbox but didn't work

Hi Elly,
The backup feature should be used to keep your data safe, but it isn't appropriate to exchange data between colleagues , not at least if you wish to keep data in both ends.
A backup will overwrite your current info and replace it with the file you've just restored.
If you can give me a bit more info about what's happening with your Drobpox backup I may give some additional instructions.
In short, these are the steps:
- Tap on backup now, and wait for the Backup Completed message to appear
- (now the backup file will be stored in your Dropbox Account under Apps/iDoceo)

- To restore, tap on settings, Restore backup, and here you should see the complete list of stored backups. Tap on one of its and you'll restore all your info
