Seating Plan Background Picture was created by Danne
Hi again,
I am trying to upload a picture for the background of a seating plan but I am running into problems with dimensions.
What dimension size should the background picture be to maintain same appearance when converted to a pdf? I have tried many different dimensions but when I export as a pdf, the students are never in the same place on the uploaded background in the pdf as they were in the actual Idoceo view before the pdf conversion.
Thanks.

Hi Bert,
I wanted to let you know that after a great deal of time and trial and error, I finally created a custom image that works in the idoceo view and keeps the students where they need to be when it is exported as a PDF.
My students sit in groups of 4 (which are named). So, my image includes 2 x 2 groups with labels underneath. In order to make this work, when you create the original image, the background you want to use needs to be palced in the upper left hand portion of the image. It took much trial and error to figure out exactly where to position it, as well as how tall x wide.
Thanks for the help
