Hi Jennifer,
The schedule in iDoceo in the current version is linked with the classes you define in the app, and limited to 1 /2 weeks or rotating cycles. It is not 'calendar' aware and can't be linked with Google at the moment. We plan to add this integration in future releases. Some users asked for it already!
Google Calendar can be synced with the planner though, you can enable it from (System)Settings / iDoceo and the 'integrate iCal' options. Provided that you have your Google Calendar account synced with iCal.
